Your skin's tone and clarity tell a story. Whether you're experiencing post-acne marks, uneven pigmentation, redness, or melasma, understanding your specific concern is the first step toward a clearer, more even complexion.

At Thrive! MedAesthetics + Wellness, we take the time to properly assess each concern, so the evidence-based plan we recommend fits your skin, not someone else's.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which skin clarity concern I have?

During your consultation, we assess your skin type, history, and specific concerns. Acne-related marks, sun-induced pigmentation, hormonal melasma, and vascular flushing each require different approaches.

Can multiple skin tone concerns be treated at once?

Yes, many treatments address multiple concerns simultaneously. For example, IPL photofacials can improve both pigmentation and redness in the same session.

How long before I see results?

Timing depends on the treatment. Changes often appear within a few weeks of the first session, and a full course usually runs over 2 to 3 months. Results vary.

Can hormones affect melasma and uneven skin tone?

Yes. Hormonal changes, such as those during pregnancy or with some hormone medications, can contribute to melasma, and sun exposure is a major trigger. Because several factors are often involved, an assessment matters before choosing treatment. Daily sun protection is part of any plan, and our physician-led team can talk through options for uneven tone. Results vary.
