At your consultation we talk through your goals, assess your needs and give you a personalized treatment plan with exact pricing. There is no obligation to go ahead.

Yes. We work with two financing partners. Beautifi offers financing from $1,000 to $50,000 with terms from 6 months to 6 years, and Medicard by iFinance Canada offers additional options. Applying for pre-approval with either partner does not affect your credit score, and the lender confirms your rate before you accept. We suggest applying a few days before your treatment.

No. The quote you receive at your consultation sets out exactly what your treatment or program includes, plus HST. Thrive! is private-pay and does not bill OHIP. Before testing, we tell you which lab tests carry a fee, and any prescription medication is a separate cost, so there are no surprises.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Thrive! is private-pay and does not bill OHIP. Most aesthetic treatments are elective and not covered by insurance. For medical programs we provide detailed receipts, and you can check with your extended health plan, or your accountant, about what can be claimed. We're happy to talk this through at your consultation.

Absolutely! Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be purchased in-clinic or by phone. They make a wonderful gift for someone special.

Membership discounts apply to regular-priced cosmetic services; hormone and longevity programs and specialized testing are not discounted. Some promotions have their own conditions.
