About This Treatment
Laser hair removal uses concentrated light energy that is absorbed by the melanin (pigment) in the hair. The light turns to heat in the follicle and reduces its ability to grow new hair. Over a series of treatments, regrowth usually becomes finer, lighter and sparser. Because the light is aimed at the pigment in the hair, the surrounding skin is largely spared. Several sessions are needed because hair grows in cycles, and the laser acts on hairs in their active growth phase.

The Process
1
Consultation

2
Preparation
Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, and plucking for 6 weeks prior.

5
Hair Falls Out
Treated hairs fall out over 2-3 weeks. You'll notice progressively less hair after each session.
